With over 17 years of experience in the dental industry, Casi is passionate about helping patients regain their confidence through quality care and positive dental experiences.

A qualified dental assistant, Casi spent five years working chairside before progressing into treatment coordination and practice management roles, where she has now spent over 12 years leading teams and supporting patients through their dental journeys. She has extensive experience working in high-end private clinics and has played a key role in opening new practices, coordinating clinic fit-outs and establishing efficient systems and workflows from the ground up. Her strong operational expertise is complemented by a genuine focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Casi’s favourite part of dentistry is building lasting relationships with patients and ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout every step of their treatment.

Outside of work, Casi enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, often dirt bike riding, snowboarding, or kayaking. She is also a proud mum to a beautiful daughter and lives through her love of music.
